- Your HiveMesh T114 Complete Meshtastic Kit
- Smartphone with Bluetooth (iOS or Android)
- USB-C charging cable
- AlleyCat 3D printed protective case (included)
Setup Steps
1. Safe Device Assembly
⚠️ CRITICAL: Connect LoRa antenna before battery connection to prevent radio module damage.

Connect battery to BATT port (not solar port) - Device powers on automatically
- Snap case closed - Place assembled unit in Alley Cat case
2. Install App
- Download "Meshtastic" from App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
3. Connect Device
- Enable Bluetooth on phone
- Open Meshtastic app → Tap "Add Device" or "+"
- Select your T114 from device list
- Complete pairing - enter PIN if displayed on T114 screen
4. Configure
- Set display name for your device
- Select region (country) for frequency settings
- Choose "LongFast" channel for general use
- Enable GPS for location sharing (optional)
5. Test
- Send test message on default channel
- Verify GPS location appears (if enabled)
